  Our digital system is available 24/7. It can be reached by any touchtone telephone. Hand-held units (similar to small tape recorders) are also available.
• How would we receive the reports after they are completed?
  Reports can be distributed in mulitple ways:
  • Automated FTP-SSL download utilizing FTP Voyager.
    
  • Manual FTP download from Windows Explorer.
    
  • Manual download from our secure website.
    
  • Automated transfer to your Server (VPN tunnel required).
    
  • Automated print to your local printer (VPN tunnel required).
    
  • Automated faxing of copies to referring physicians.
    
• Is Electronic Signature Available?
  Yes, Providers can access reports online and digitally sign them prior to distribution.
• How are you complying with HIPPA regulations?
  Our servers are secured by firewalls to restrict access to only clients and staff. Also, data transmissions are encrypted with 256 bit encryption software.
• What is the cost?
  Cost is determined by transcribed line; files are counted by software especially designed for this purpose. The cost depends upon how the work is received and transmitted to the client. Volume discounts apply. Please contact us for a free quote.
